Processing & Production Time
    •    Most of our products are made to order in Europe.
    •    Standard production and processing time: 2–4 weeks before shipment.

Shipping Time
    •    International delivery from Europe to the USA typically takes 3–5 weeks depending on carrier, customs clearance, and location.
    •    Estimated total delivery time: 6–9 weeks from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs
    •    Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
    •    For some items we offer Flat Rate Shipping or Free Shipping (as advertised on the product page).
    •    Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by US authorities at the time of import.

Delivery
    •    All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided by email once the item has been dispatched.
    •    Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Shipments
    •    Please inspect your order upon delivery.
    •    If items are damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
    •    Depending on the product, we may provide replacement parts, a full replacement, or a refund.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues
    •    In the rare case of shipping errors (lost package, incorrect item), please contact us immediately.
    •    We will work with our manufacturing partner and carrier to resolve the issue at no cost to you.

We work exclusively with trusted European manufacturers and internationals couriers such as Fed Ex to ensure safe and timely delivery. Each shipment is fully insured until received by the customer.
