🪑 Where are your products made?

All of our furniture is designed and manufactured in Europe by our trusted partner factories in Poland.

How long does delivery take?

Most items are made to order. Please allow:
    •    2–4 weeks for production
    •    3–6 weeks for shipping
➡️ Total estimated delivery time: 6–9 weeks.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. All payments are processed securely.

🚚 How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Some products include Flat Rate or Free Shipping (check the product page).

🛃 Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Orders shipped from Europe may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on US Customs regulations.

In many cases, no additional charges are applied. However, if any duties or taxes are assessed by US Customs, they are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

We are continuously optimizing our shipping process and working toward covering all import fees whenever possible.

📦 What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.
    •    For modular items (beds, wardrobes), we will ship replacement parts free of charge.
    •    For pre-assembled items, we may provide a full replacement or a partial refund depending on the damage.

🔄 Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Because all items are made to order and shipped internationally, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please see our [Refund Policy] for details.

Orders are shipped directly from our partner factory in Poland to your address in the USA.
