Refund & Returns Policy

 Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. All sales are final.

Returns
    •    Because our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners in Europe, we are unable to accept simple change-of-mind returns.
    •    Customers may return items only if they are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
    •    All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs for Returns
    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
    •    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

If an item arrivess damaged or defective, return shipping costs (if required) will be covered by us.
    •    For large, pre-assembled furniture, we may resolve the issue by offering a replacement item or a partial refund depending on the severity of the damage.
    •    For modular items (such as beds or wardrobes), replacement parts will be shipped free of charge.
    •    In most cases, customers will not be required to return the entire item.

Order Cancellations
    •    Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
    •    After 24 hours, orders are already in production or transit and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
    •    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    •    Refunds will cover the product price only (excluding shipping costs) unless the return is due to our error.
